Refund Policy

Because digital products can be downloaded and kept immediately, sales are generally final once the files have been shared with you.
When a refund is given
- You were charged twice for the same product.
- Your files were never delivered and the problem cannot be fixed.
- A file is faulty or does not work as described and cannot be repaired or replaced.
How to request one
Send a message through the contact page within 14 days of purchase, with the email used at checkout and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are issued through Gumroad to the original payment method, and access to the product is removed.
Courses
When courses launch, any additional course-specific terms will be shown on the course page before enrolment.
